The Company provides digital products, online courses, and community experiences, including those hosted on third-party platforms such as Skool (collectively, the “Services”).

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibility

If you create an account (including through third-party platforms), you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information

All activity under your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments & Digital Products


All purchases are for digital products, courses, or services.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not guarantee refunds.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials
  • Videos
  • Worksheets
  • Branding
  • Music and creative content


is the property of Kay L’Amour LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Share login access​
  • Resell or repurpose materials


without prior written permission.

7. Community Guidelines (If Applicable)

If you participate in any community space (including Skool), you agree to:

Respect other members

Not harass, abuse, or harm others

Not post unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access to the community at our discretion.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute harmful software or spam
  • Engage in fraudulent or misleading activity


9. Third-Party Platforms & Links

Our Services may be hosted on or include links to third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those platforms is at your own risk.

10. No Guarantees or Results

We provide educational and informational content.

We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using our Services. Your success depends on your own effort, actions, and circumstances.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees that:

  • The Services will meet your expectations
  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kay L’Amour LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six (6) months or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms


14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Queens, New York.

17. Arbitration

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally.

If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, except for intellectual property claims, which may be pursued in court.

18. General Provisions

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company
